You can permanently delete your MisarMail account at any time. This action is irreversible.

Before You Delete

• Download any contacts, campaign data, or analytics you want to keep (Contacts → Export, Analytics → Export CSV).
• Cancel any active subscriptions (Settings → Billing) to avoid future charges.
• Note: Account deletion also removes your Misar Identity (id.misar.io) if MisarMail is your only Misar product.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
2. Scroll to Delete Account.
3. Click Delete My Account and confirm by typing your email address.
4. Your account is scheduled for deletion. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data Deletion Timeline

• Immediately: Your account is deactivated and you lose access.
• Within 7 days: Email content, contacts, and campaigns are deleted.
• Within 30 days: All remaining personal data is deleted from backups.
• Exception: Billing records retained for 7 years as required by law.

If you change your mind, contact support@misar.io within 7 days of requesting deletion to cancel the process.
