Sub-processors

Misar AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Misar Mail”) uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver our service. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with all processors that handle personal data. Processors marked “Optional” are only activated when the corresponding API key is configured by your organisation.

Purpose: Lead discovery — searches for professional email addresses and company data via their public API.
Data transferred: Search queries (company domain, name fragments). No personal user data is sent.

Purpose: Lead enrichment — provides firmographic and professional profile data for discovered leads.
Data transferred: Search queries (job title, location, industry keywords). No personal user data is sent.

Purpose: Lead discovery — provides a database of professional contacts and company information.
Data transferred: Search queries (industry, role, location). No personal user data is sent.

Purpose: Product analytics — tracks aggregated usage events (e.g. search started, campaign created) to improve the product. Only activated after you accept cookies.
Data transferred: Anonymous usage events, page paths, browser metadata. No email content or contact data.

Purpose: Payment processing — handles subscription billing and wallet top-ups.
Data transferred: Name, email address, billing address, payment method details.

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure — all Misar Mail servers and databases run on Hetzner VPS.
Data transferred: All data at rest and in transit (encrypted). Data residency: Germany / Finland (EU).
